What is the FVRL Non-Resident Card?


The Non-Resident Card provides fee-based FVRL access for those who don't qualify for our free cards.

Who can get one?
Anyone who lives in an area outside the FVRL district or any reciprocal systems, or temporary residents from out-of-state.
How do I sign up?
Purchase a card at any staffed FVRL library. Bring current photo ID. Paying for a household allows each member of the household to get their own card.
 
Type of card For 3 months For one year
Individual $11 $44
Household $28.75 $115

What can I do with it?
Everything you can do with an Everything Card for residents except Interlibrary Loan.
Does it expire?
Yes, when your paid period runs out. You can renew the card by paying the fee to extend your privilege.
