What is the FVRL Reciprocal Card?


The Reciprocal Card gives library access to patrons of certain other library districts.

Who can get one?
Anyone who lives outside the FVRL district, but within a reciprocal library system. Scroll to the bottom of Reciprocal & Partner Libraries for a current list.
How do I sign up?
At any staffed FVRL library. Bring current photo ID and proof of residential address.
What can I do with it?
Everything you can do with an Everything Card for residents, with the exception of Hoopla, Interlibrary Loan, and Experience Passes.
Does it expire?
Yes, in two years, but you can renew it if you still qualify.
