The Libby app won't play my whole audiobook.


Sometimes a download isn't complete or gets interrupted, causing parts of a book to be missing. Often the problem can be cleared up by deleting and re-downloading.

Here are the steps:

  1. Connect the device to wifi
  2. Open the Libby app, tap “Shelf,” find the problem book, then tap the circle with a checkmark in it to the right of the book  
  3. Tap “remove download”  Note: This will not return your book; it will still be checked out to you.
  4. When the circle changes to a cloud with an arrow, tap the cloud, then tap “Download”
