If you use the "Make a new ILLiad request through WorldCat" link, you can prompt our system to fill out your Interlibrary Loan request form for you.  Here's how:

Sign in to your Interlibrary Loan account, then look in the column on the left side for "Make a new ILLiad request through WorldCat" and click on it.  Use the WorldCat search box to find the book you want, and click on it to see a detailed record.

Under the the book cover will be a link to "Request this item in ILLiad."  Click on it, and our ILLiad software will automatically open the request form and add the information we need to find your book.  Just indicate whether you'd be willing to pay a fee to get the book, and click on your preferred pickup location.  There's also an optional Notes field you can use to give us more information about the item, which might help us locate it more quickly.
