How do I reserve a meeting room?

Some branches have meeting rooms and/or study rooms you can reserve.  You can begin your room reservation request either by choosing a room or choosing a day and time.  

Starting by location:

  1. Select the desired room from the displayed list.  Not seeing the room you're looking for?  Click on Filters to confirm which branch(es) you wish to view, or click the Change Selected Libraries button at the top of the screen to select/deselect some or all of the branches.
  2. Read the Room Details to confirm it fits your needs.
  3. Enter your Event Date and click Apply.
  4. Click the "+" button next to the time you would like to begin setting up for your event.  
  5. Fill out the form as completely as possible.

Starting by date/time:

  1. Click Filters to select the desired date, time you wish to begin setting up for your event, duration (total length of time you'll need the room), and which branches you'd like to choose from.
  2. Click Apply.
  3. Read the room details and identify which room you'd like to request.
  4. From the Room Details screen, click the "+" button next to the time you would like to begin setting up for your event OR click the Reserve This Room button.
  5. Fill out the form as completely as possible.
