The Libby app won't play my whole audiobook.
Sometimes a download isn't complete or gets interrupted, causing parts of a book to be missing. Often the problem can be cleared up by deleting and re-downloading. Here's how you fix that:
Here are the steps:
- Make sure your device is connected to the Internet via wifi, then open the Libby app and tap Shelf.
- Find the book you want to delete and re-download. To the left of it, you will see a red circle with a checkmark inside. Tap the circle to bring up two options: "downloaded" and "stream when online."
- Tap "stream when online." Libby will tell you that this will wipe your download, and ask you to verify that you want to do so. Tap "Yes, wipe download." This will not return your book; it will still be checked out to you.
- The red circle will be replaced with a gray circle with a cloud inside. Tap the cloud, then tap "download."
