I got a "device not authorized for this format" error message.
This error message often appears if you log in to the OverDrive app with a library card number and PIN, rather than with an OverDrive account email and password.
If you haven't been signing in with an email and password, we recommend you do so from now on. If you have not set up an OverDrive account with an email and password yet, you can do that here. Just fill in the boxes under "Enter your details."
You will be prompted to verify the account. Once you have done so, sign in with your email and password and try to download the book again.
