What's my PIN?
The default PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number, unless you have chosen a different 4-digit number.
If you have an email address in your account, you can click the "Forgot your PIN?" link on the account sign-in page of our website and have a reset link emailed to you.
FVRL staff can provide your forgotten PIN in person when you show valid photo ID or present your card. FVRL staff can also tell you your forgotten or PIN online or over the phone if you provide your full name, birthdate, card number, and verify your address and phone number. If you need to update your account information (including phone number), you may do that at the same time.
To change your PIN, you can also log in to My Account and go to the Personal Information tab's Change PIN section.
Note: if you have lost your card somewhere where someone else might find it, let us know right away so we can put your card in "Lost" status and prevent unauthorized use, then visit a branch with valid photo ID as soon as possible to replace your card and reactivate your account.
