How can I get the catalog to stop showing me items that are one or two letters off from what I'm seeking? I want what I type!

Because the catalog uses fuzzy logic, it will find beds, beef, and beer when you search for bees. Here's how to get around that:

  • The simplest way is to enclose your search term in quotation marks. For instance, type "bees" instead of bees and you won't get beds, beef or beer.
  • Another way to exclude similar words from your search is to place a - (hyphen) in front of them with no space. Clean up your search by typing: bees -beds -beef -beer.
