What software is available on the public access computers?

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, WinWay Resume, and PDF Reader are available on the electronic resource (eResource) computers along with the catalog and eResource collection. These computers do not have a usage time limit and can be used without a library card except for printing or signing in to your library or eBook accounts.  They can access limited websites and those ending in .gov, but not your email or Google, etc.

The internet computers have the same programs, plus full (filtered) internet access. There is a time limit for using the internet computers--usually starting at 1 hour (30 minutes for a guest pass), but time may be extended if many machines remain unused.

For the privacy of our computer users, please download internet content or save personal work to a USB drive or other external device.

You can purchase 1-gigabyte USB drives for $5 and earbuds for $1.50.
